All of the Atlas automobiles shown below are equipped with two cylinder two cycle engines that were simple, flexible, efficient, indestructible. The Atlas engines had the light multiple impulses of a six-cylinder or four-cycle type engine without any of its complications or rapid deterioration. The numerous poppet valves, valve shafts, adjustable bearings, cams, springs and dozens of other small breakable, wearable parts are completely eliminated in the Atlas.

The small yet powerful two cycle Atlas engines were equipped in their 1909 Touring Cars, Runabout, Doctor's Runabout, Light Weight Delivery Wagon and their Taxi Cab models. 20 or 30 horsepower engines were available.
