The Aurora Automobile & The Aurora Motor Co.

This Aurora automobile features included high road clearance, chainless, 32 inch wheels and tires, easy riding platform, rear springs.  An attachable tonneau added seats for four passengers. The above advertisement was from A. T. Wilson 1558 Broadway Denver, Co.  He was an Aurora agent for the state of Colorado and Wyoming.  He sold many of these American Automobiles to local Doctor's.

1907 Aurora Runabout

In 1908 company officers of the Aurora Motor Co. sold the rights and factory to the Black Highwheeler producers of Chicago, Illinois. The officers soon reconsidered and organized a firm called The Emancipator Automobile Co. and produced the Aurora Emancipator or simply the Emancipator.
