Equipped with a 188 cubic inch four cylinder engine that developed 23 horsepower. It used Charles E. Duryea's patent transmission by twin grooved rollers which engaged with the rims of the rear wheels. This Cyclecar had a wheelbase of 110 inches with 30 inch x 3 inch wheels and tires.

This company was reorganized into The Crowther-Duryea Motor Co. by the end of 1916. This company produced the Crowther-Duryea Cyclecar.
