The Fauber Cyclecars were produced as a runabout priced at $285.00 and a light delivery at the same price. Specification included a weight of 500 pounds, 80 inch wheelbase, 28 inch wire spoke wheels, 28 inch x 2 1/2 inch clincher tires and a five gallon fuel tank.
1914 Fauber Cyclecar This cyclecar was equipped with an air cooled two cylinder engine rated at 8-10 horsepower. The transmission was a friction drive any speed 2 to 40 miles per hour and reverse. A band brake was operated by pedal.
1899 Fauber Crank Axle The W. H. Fauber Co. was well known for it Fauber Crown sprocket and bicycle crank axle shown above. Advertising claims for the Fauber crank axle included "You want the simplest and most practical construction. The Fauber crank axle is made of one piece steel spring tempered. There are no joints to work loose from back pedaling, as in the case of two piece and three piece hanger". Fauber made cranks for bicycles, Tandems, triplets and quards.
