Located in Oshkosh, WI A.C. Ziebel owned this company in 1914 and 1915. With a wheel base of 96 inches and a 46 inch tread the Ziebel was a typical American Cyclecar. Only one model of the Ziebel Cyclecar was produced and it had side by side seating for two passengers. The Ziebel Cyclecar was equipped with a Badger four cylinder water cooled engine.

The Maxwell-Briscoe was an American Automobile produced in Newcastle, Indiana and Tarrytown, NY from 1904 to 1913. From 1913 to 1925 this car was made in Detroit, Michigan.
