1905 Eagle Touring Car The change speed gear was made by Champion and had three speeds forward and reverse. The transmission used combined sliding and planetary gear type. The transmission shaft was connected to the engine crank by through a universal joint. Power was transmitted to the rear live axle through a 1 1/2 inch chain.
1906 Eagle Touring Car The Eagle was equipped with a air cooled four cylinder vertical engine rated at 20-24 horsepower. Shown below this engine had four inch cylinder bore and a four and one half stroke. The gas and air mixture was furnished by a Breeze carburetor. The gas tank was located under the front seat. Ignition current was supplied by two sets of dry batteries and the spark was produced by means of a quadrople vibrator dash coil.
