This American Automobile was produced in Painesville, Ohio by The Erie Motor Co. The Erie automobiles were reported to have been built as a five passenger Touring Car, four passenger sedan and a two passenger roadster.
The Erie was designated as a Model 33 because all of their cars were equipped with a four cylinder engine that developed 33 horsepower.
