In 1904 Hart O. Berg introduced his second American Automobile built in Cleveland, Ohio called the Euclid. The Berg Automobile Co. built the Berg beginning in 1902 also at Cleveland, Ohio.

Robert Jardine, who designed the Berg with a European favor designed the Euclid with a domestic appearance.

The Euclid was a large five passenger Touring Car weighing in at 1,650 pounds and was powered by a four cylinder 200 cubic inch rated at 18 horsepower. Only produced for one year, it is assumed that the Euclid was built or planned to be built in the same body styles and equipped with the same engines as the Berg.

This 1904 Berg Automobile could be purchased with a rear or side entrance tonneau. The rear entrance tonneau was priced at $2,750.00. The side entrance tonneau was priced at $3,000.00.
