In the 1928 Falcon Knight advertisement above attention was given to the Knight engine. In the advertisement "A great change is now taking place in the automotive industry. Just as public preference turned the tide from high pressure to balloon tires for riding comfort, from two wheel to four wheel brakes for safety, from five to seven bearing crankshafts for smoothness. Today's experienced motorists are turning to the Knight engine for efficiency, power, permanent quietness and freedom from carbon annoyance and mechanical trouble".
