The 1914 Ford Model T looked almost identical to the 1913 Ford Model T.

Prices for the Ford Model T kept dropping in pre WW1 America, and more citizens begin to visualize the possibility of an American Automobile in their own lives. To most people an incomprehensible dream only a decade prior to 1914.

As The Ford Motor Co. increased its Model T production with a new look for 1914 the winged pyramid (shown below) declared the tin Lizzie as "The Universal Car".

1914 Ford Model T production included the $550.00 five passenger Touring Car, a $500.00 two passenger Runabout and a $750.00 seven passenger Town Car. Total production included 165,832 Touring Cars, 35,017 Runabouts and 1,699 Town Cars. For a total of 202,548 1914 Ford Model T's plus 118 chassis's.

By 1914 the number of Ford dealerships around the country quickly rose into the hundreds. Nearly every major U.S. city had one. Demand for the Model T became an international phenomenon. The Ford Motor Co. in Windsor Ontario, Canada was thriving primarily by exporting to England. 1914 Ford Model T sales were being extended throughout Europe and as far as Russia.

The 1914 Ford Model T was equipped with a L-head 176.7 cubic inch four cylinder water cooled engine that developed 22 horsepower. The bore was 3 3/4 inches and a stroke of 4 inches. The wheelbse of the 1914 Model T was 100 inches and the tread was 56 inches. Wheels and tires sizes were - 30 x 3 inch on the front and 30 x 3 1/2 inch on the rear. The 1915 Ford Model T followed the 1914 Fords.
