The Jackson Automobile Co. was formed by Byron J. Carter, George A. Matthews and Charles Lewis. The Orlo was a four or five passenger Touring Car that had a convenient side entrance instead of the rear door found on most Touring Cars in 1904. According to the advertising below the Orlo was "Adapted for Family Use".
1904 Orlo Touring Car The Orlo was equipped with a water cooled gasoline powered two cylinder noiseless engine that developed 17 horsepower and was mounted under the seat. It featured a finned coil radiator that was mounted under the front of the hood. The final drive was through a single-chain.
