Early Clark Steamers were equipped with a four cylinder horizontal double opposed steam engine that produced 20 horsepower with a bore of 2½ inches and a stroke of 3½ inches. Flash tube boiler was located under the hood and consisted of 360 copper tubes and built up a working pressure of 150 PSI.
1909 Clark Steam Car In its final year of production was the model LXX Clark Steamer of 1909 shown above. Complete with rakish fenders and tonneau body seating four passengers. This 1909 Clark weighed in at 1,850 pounds.
