1907 Success Auto-Buggy Three engines were available on the 1907 Success. A $425.00 water cooled vertical four cylinder engine rated at 20 horsepower, a $325.00 12 horsepower engine and a $250.00 4 horsepower engine. These engines had a jump spark ignited dry cells furnishing the igniting current. The transmission was of the planetary type, giving two forward speeds and the reverse. A single chain drive was employed.
