1909 Victor Hand Forged Automobiles By 1909 the Victor was still advertised as "Hand Forged and The Strongest Machine Built"! Horsepower was up to 24 with addition of a new water cooled engine. Other new features included a double chain, double wheel sprockets, double jack shaft sprockets, double expanding brakes, double ignition system and double coils.
