The Winner was a typical High Wheel Buggy with tiller steering built in St. Louis, Missouri by the Winner Motor Buggy Co. This American Automobile company built the Winner in 1907, 1908 and 1909.

At $300.00 it was one of the cheapest automobiles produced in the early 1900s.
