The Willys-Overland Corporation officially took over the Falcon Motor Corp. in late 1928 and the Falcon Knight automobile was discontinued.

The Falcon Knight Gray Ghost Roadster was the luxury car of the Falcon-Knight line with sporty wire wheels, special paint scheme and lots of chrome. 1928 Falcon Knight Sedan - Knight Engine
In the 1928 Falcon Knight advertisement above attention was given to the Knight engine. In the advertisement "A great change is now taking place in the automotive industry. Just as public preference turned the tide from high pressure to balloon tires for riding comfort, from two wheel to four wheel brakes for safety, from five to seven bearing crankshafts for smoothness. Today's experienced motorists are turning to the Knight engine for efficiency, power, permanent quietness and freedom from carbon annoyance and mechanical trouble".
