The 1925 Ford Model T and the 1923 and 1924 Model T line continued until July 31, 1925 with very little major changes. There were small changes in upholstery material and construction details is all.

On May 1, 1925 the 1925 Ford Model T Roadster Pickup and Closed Truck appeared for the first time.

1925 Ford production was reported at over 2 million. 700,000 Touring Cars were made and 300,000 Roadsters were made in 1925. These American Automobiles were Ford's most popular throughout the early 1920s. All 1925 Ford automobiles were painted black, with black fenders.

The 1925 Ford Model T had a 100 inch wheelbase and an overall length of 10 feet 8 inches. The front and rear tread was fixed at 56 inches. New optional 4.40 x 21 inch balloon tires mounted demountable wooden wheels. Wheels came in a natural finish or black.

A 22.5 horsepower NACC rated water cooled four cylinder engine was used on all 1925 Ford Model T's including the Roadster. Specifications included cast iron block, 3 3/4 inch bore, 4 inch stroke, 176.7 cubic inch displacement, 3.98:1 compression ratio, brake horsepower was 20 and a Kingston or Holley was carburetor.

Four door Ford Model T Sedan production was 81,000 units in 1925. This large 5 passenger automobile had electric start and cost $680.00. Three pedal controls operated the two speed forward and one reverse planetary transmission.

The two door two passenger 1925 Ford Model T Coupe production increased to 343,959 units. Second most popular car in the 1925 Ford line. Optional equipment included headlamps, horn, starter and demountable rims.

New for 1925 was the Roadster Pickups and Closed Trucks. Open Cab or Roadster Pickup production was 47,101. While Closed Cab production was fixed at 66,351 units. Other Model T trucks were made in 1925 and included 38,722 Stake Beds, 28,266 Express Beds, 9,015 Platform Beds, 2,240 Canopy Bodies, 1,046 Screen Side Beds and 98 Grain Beds.

A total of over 200,000 trucks were made in 1925. All equipped with the four cylinder engines and two speed planetary transmissions. The 1926 Ford Model T cars and trucks followed the 1925 Fords.
