Norman Anderson built a few Scoot-Mobile American Automobiles in 1946. The Scoot-Mobile was a three wheel vehicle with a top speed of 40 miles per hour. It's designer Norman Anderson claimed it got 75 miles on a gallon of gas. Made mostly from used aircraft parts the Scoot-Mobile was equipped with a small engine, automatic transmission and had brakes on all three wheels. It sold for $350.00.
